At our rabbitry, the health, safety, and well-being of our rabbits is our top priority. We are committed to responsible and ethical breeding practices and ask that all potential owners read and respect the following policies.
🐇 Sales Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a rabbit has left our care.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we feel it is not the right fit for the rabbit.
Rabbits are sold as pets unless otherwise agreed upon
💲 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a bunny.
Deposits go toward the total purchase price.
If the buyer backs out, the deposit is forfeited
🏡 Pickup Policy
Rabbits must be picked up on the agreed date.
If additional time is needed, this must be communicated in advance.
Failure to pick up may result in loss of deposit and the rabbit being relisted.
📜 Birth certificate
All of our babies can come with a birth certificate, which includes:
Name (if chosen)
Date of birth
Breed and color
Parents
Our rabbitry name
This serves as a special keepsake and record of your bunny’s origin.

🚫BREEDIng RightsBreeding rights are not automatically included and must be discussed in advance.
🧬 Pedigrees
Pedigrees are provided only when available and may come at an additional cost depending on the rabbit.
A pedigree does not guarantee quality, but provides lineage information
Not all rabbits will come with a pedigree unless stated
Please ask in advance if a pedigree is important to you
🩺 Health Guarantee
Rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.
We do not guarantee against future illness once the rabbit leaves our care.
We are always available to answer any questions. After adopting a bunny we are here for you! Whether its days, weeks, or months after adoption!
